I am... the name of my avatar is Heiko (The name means "The LANDLORD" is built in 1965, the mentor is very fitting, because for me it is another word in modern times for my heart and soul. Because all that matters is that you listen to your heart and soul, which sets the tone, the MENTOR of LIFE. Yes, on to what moves me. It has always been my own enthusiasm and interest in bringing the topic of healthy body, mind and soul into harmony. Because I have always been interested in the well-being of my fellow human beings. This led me to the decision to create this website to accompany people with enthusiasm and to help them improve and realign their health and well-being by using the ancient practices of Chi-Gong in a natural holiday environment. The location is on the wonderful natural beach near Aheloy in Bulgaria, offering the perfect backdrop for relaxation and healing for body, mind and soul.
With my dedication and my own experiences, I offer a unique combination of calmness, knowledge and practical application to help you achieve your health goals and find a deeper connection to yourself and nature.
Mentor-Heiko has always been his own mentor, in these areas: conscious nutrition, creative cuisine Allah Heiko, sufficient exercise, he has come across the techniques of Chi-Gong and this has become his passion and calling, of heart and soul to bring and keep the body, mind and soul in harmony. These exercises, as well as breathing techniques, should be maintained 1 or 2 times a week, are easy exercises to recharge your batteries and to bring your body into the center. Who gets through very quickly, who throws everyday stress off track. Heiko does it every day, he doesn't take up much time either. In addition, there are some easy, sufficient yoga exercises.
